Auction Workbench – PatrolWorks provides the tools needed to manage the “Day of” Auction process from one screen – from bidders to bill of sale.

Step 1: Creating and printing an ordered auction list (“Drag and Drop” ordering) for a specific auction date

Step 2: Entering the list of Bidders participating in the auction – either from a database of bidders that that participated in earlier auctions, or entering new bidders (Add bidder)

Step 3: Pre-populating a pre-auction Registration Document with terms and conditions that can be printed, completed, and signed by bidders

Step 4: Printing the Bidders list for the day (name and bidder #)

Step 5: Recording the winning bidder for a vehicle (also “Drag and Drop” from the Bidders list)

Step 6: Entering Payment – including immediate credit Card approvals

Step 7: Creating the Bill of Sale with pricing detail – e.g., Lien Fees, Key Fees, Auction Prep – and inserting the contact information of both the Registered Owner and the vehicle buyer
