Drivers receive all call details that Dispatchers have available. There is no manual entry of address information because Ranger sends the GPS coordinates directly to the navigation app on the device. All pictures taken by the driver are linked to the job record in Ranger for future reference.
Our signature capture feature allows drivers to capture customer signatures in CommLinkTM to create an electronic record of approvals and reduce liability.
