Vehicle Tracking – Admit to Discharge
Ranger provides a “cradle to grave” record AND audit trail for vehicles entering the storage lot. Tracking and pricing calculations begin when the truck drops the vehicle into the lot and continues until it exits – via Release to Owner, Disposal, or Auction.
Identifying Registered Owners and Lien Holders is expedited with the integration with ADD. This integration also facilitates using the ADD process for certified mailings.

Workflow Management equips owners to monitor the movement of vehicles thru the lot – actual progress vs. their process objectives. Process steps and target timing can be configured based on the value of the vehicle, and then tracked.
Mobile App: On-the-Lot Vehicle Processing
The specialized LotMaster app for use in the lot is linked to the vehicle with a QR code (applied by a driver or lot attendant). This enables the ongoing entry of vehicle pictures (e.g., a visit by an insurance adjuster) and also enables the discharge of vehicles from remote lots.
Perhaps more importantly, the LotMaster app enables a physical inventory of vehicles in the lot that is compared automatically to the record in the computer.
