Chalking for Timed Parking

PatrolWorks with LPR has built-in chalking to monitor and enforce violations in timed (often retail) parking lots.

  1. Scan the spaces. The LP is recorded and time-stamped
  2. Return 60 minutes later (or when the permitted time has expired).
  3. Scan again; the spotter will be alerted to vehicles that have exceeded the posted time limit.
  4. Violations go to the Dispatch Board for assignment to a nearby truck driver.
